All orders of merchandise that are in stock are processed within 2 - 3 business days, Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays. Items that are out of stock will be shipped within 2 days upon arrival into our warehouse. We make every attempt to have all domestic orders delivered within 2 to 3 business days after they are shipped.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Please note that all Promotional and Sale merchandise are considered final and are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

Regularly priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund, exchange or a store credit.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
